I’m Matilda Gillies, the founder of Rosette & Co.

 

Rosette & Co began as an idea during a time in my life where I wanted to create something meaningful — something beautiful that reflected the kind of confidence, femininity, and elegance I had always been drawn to. Fashion had always been more than clothing to me. It was a form of expression, identity, and comfort. The way an outfit can completely change how you carry yourself fascinated me, and I wanted to create a brand that could give other women that same feeling.

From a young age, I was drawn to soft, romantic styles, timeless beauty, and the feeling that fashion could tell a story. Rosette & Co was built from those inspirations — combining modern femininity with pieces that feel effortless, elevated, and confidence-boosting.

Starting this brand at a young age has been one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences of my life. Behind every collection, product selection, late night, and decision is someone who genuinely cares about building something lasting and meaningful. Rosette & Co is not just a business to me — it represents ambition, creativity, independence, and the belief that small ideas can grow into something extraordinary with enough passion behind them.

What means the most to me is knowing that people from different places around the world choose to support something I created from the ground up. Every order, message, photo, and kind word reminds me why I started.

My goal for Rosette & Co has always been to create more than just a store. I want it to feel inspiring, personal, and memorable — a brand that makes people feel confident, feminine, and connected to something beautiful.
